1Who we are

AME Enterprise (SSM FQC-10528), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is the data user under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), as amended in 2024. This policy explains how we handle your personal data.

2What we collect and why

• Name, phone number, address and email: to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it.
• Payment reference: to confirm your payment with Herepay or PayPal. We do not store your card number.
• Order details and messages to us: to give support and honour your key warranty.
• Website usage data: to keep the site working and measure our advertising.

3Who we share it with

• J&T Express: your name, address and phone number, to deliver your parcel.
• Herepay and PayPal: payment details needed to take your payment.
• Meta (Facebook) pixel: we use the Meta pixel to measure our ads and show them to relevant people. It receives information about your visits and actions on our site.
• Google Analytics: website usage statistics.

We do not sell your personal data.

4Cookies and tracking

We use cookies for the cart and checkout, analytics, and the Meta pixel. You can decline non-essential cookies in the cookie banner, change your browser cookie settings, or manage ad preferences in your Facebook ad settings.

5How long we keep your data

We keep order records for as long as we need them to honour the 10-year key warranty and to meet legal and accounting requirements. After that we delete or anonymise them.

6Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data. Email helpdesk@cloudsoft.my and we reply within 21 days. Some records must be kept for legal reasons.
