2Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order.

3Products and authenticity

Every product we sell is genuine. We sell original Microsoft licence keys and boxed software. If Microsoft ever blocks or deactivates a key we sold you, we replace it with a working key under our 10-year key warranty.

4Licence terms

• Retail licences can be moved to another PC after you remove them from the old one.
• OEM licences are tied to the one PC they are first activated on and cannot be moved.
• One key licenses one device. Buy one key for each PC.
• You may not resell or redistribute the keys you buy from us.
• Use of the software is also governed by Microsoft’s licence terms.

5Prices

Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Prices include SST. The price shown at checkout is the full price you pay for the product. Delivery within Malaysia is free and there are no hidden charges. The only extra charge is a resend fee when a parcel has to be resent because of a wrong address.

Where we show a reference price (for example RM1,299), it is the actual Microsoft retail price. Our discounted price (for example RM399) is the price you pay.

6Orders and payment

An order is confirmed when we accept it. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if there is a pricing error or we suspect fraud. You can pay by the methods shown at checkout, including Cash on Delivery where offered.

7Delivery, returns and refunds

See our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy. They form part of these terms.

8Limits of liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Malaysian consumer protection law.

9Intellectual property

Microsoft, Windows and Office are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. AME Enterprise is not Microsoft. Website content, design and logos belong to AME Enterprise and may not be copied without permission.

10Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Please contact us first at helpdesk@cloudsoft.my so we can resolve the issue. You may also bring a claim to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia (Tribunal Tuntutan Pengguna Malaysia).

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
